If Triple H, Shane McMahon & Batista won the match, he would retain the WWE Championship, but if The Legacy tasted victory, then The Legend Killer would become the new WWE Champion and if Triple H, Shane McMahon & Batista won by count-out or disqualification Triple H will lose the title
